This is a good article reporting on some very fascinating concepts and ideas
expressed by the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDF).
I can certainly predict an intense struggle between CELDF on one side, and
Tom Corbett, presently PA Attorney General and recently elected PA Governor
on the other !
