That he does not want to change the minutes, or does?

Because I'd hate to have to call Charlie a liar . . .
the change would have to be approved unanimously
and I did not want to do that, unless . . .
well, anyhow, I was the one who moved that the Minutes be accepted on Dec. 10
10(the Minutes of Dec . ..., with a series of unanimous motions
which drove Nichols up the ceiling
and made him threaten not to favor us with his return as chair
and to deprive MU of his services by
retiring making use of the whatyamacallit Bill
under which I still may or may not want to retire
were it not for the fact that I am only 59.4 or thereabouts
so would not get medical coverage and
don't really feel like retiring because
I don't feel that old and
20I want to rejuvenate oceanography and
prepare for my successor leaving
him or her as the case may be
at least something in terms of lab, furnishings and equipment
so we can recruit a good candidate
maybe even the one that Pope Nichols now holds in pectore
after the woman we lost, that magic woman who could
do chemical oceanography as well as
mineralogy, optical and petrology
