yes, to WHO-EVER pays for all of this?!?
Well, the summary shows some details: MEDICARE picks up some, Highmark-Blue Cross some less, but the poor doctors (?)
seem to take the LION SHARE under the heading "ADJUST".
I tried to figure out some more about these matters by making some graphs, going page by page
to see if there was any consistency.
