NOTE: This is a continuation of my story of some three years ago. In that story, I linked to the first 95 entries of Chris's meticulous chronology of his dismal treatment by the Rwandan Government. The thumbnail at the bottom right of the table above presents the tragic last part of Chris' chronology and is self-explanatory. The attitude of the U.S. Government in this case is deplorable, especially in view of Chris Thorne's outstanding record in civil service both in the USA and the United Nations. Finally, this matter renders suspect some recent reports on great improvements in the international business climate in Rwanda. especially that of the World Bank!
