2008 SA JOURNEYMATJIESFONTEIN
|
| We departed Matjiesfontein at 12:30 for the last leg of our journey. I took (too) many photos of the Hex River area and ran out of battery power before we reached the Huguenot Tunnel near Paarl. Lovely scenery all over! We arrived at Chris and Sanny's house in Parow earlier than expected, at 14:15. The next day at 11:00 we flew back from Capetown via Joburg to Washington, DC, where Mark Ashley picked us up and safely delivered us home by Sunday noon! |
