| We found a muddy parking spot for the Yugo near the Yacht Club, where we had a liquid lunch while being greeted by Nico's many friends: he had been President of the Yacht Club for several years. I also found a decent bathroom in the (former) Women Bathhouse right on Lake Palic. Its water did not look very inviting, except for windsurfing. There were ruins of old houses and hotels and what was referred to as "Marshall Tito's Villa". There also was a fine playground with numerous kids which small Nico loved and was very loath to leave. We then bought popcorn and met his other, younger grandson and his charming daughter in law. |

| All in all, we had a good time, except that I was very cold and had to run from one bathroom to another. We left around 16:30 to visit his home/office in Subotica, where I had a chance to go through my hotmail. |
