| Woke up at 6:00 and boarded CAT at 07:00 for a rather rough passage from quiet Hvar to bu(s)sy Split. So at 08:00 I sat down and had a coffee close to the market, looking at the rain and Diocletian's Palace. |

| The weather cleared up fast so I could explore the market and buy some good old cheese from a charming giantess (below), before going to the terminal and board the 10:00 bus to Dubrovnik - a journey of more than 200 kms. |
