After waiting all morning in small cafe's and enjoying cell-phones, voleyboll, cigarette smoke, beautiful jeans on charming ladies, ads showing such absence of environmental awareness as half naked lady throwing empty Tequila bottle overboard into the sea - interspersed with walks along high rise apartment buildings flagging laundry, busy markets, etc. I finally got onto the 300 Lek bus from Durress to Shkodra early in the afternoon.

It was a pleasant trip with a kind conductor who made me sit up front to take
photos and talk with Valdete and her family who got off in Shkodra before I did.
