I spent practically the whole day at the restaurant-terrace where I had been served a fine fish dinner last night by Nada, who spoke German.
At 09:00 we met for extended breakfast, mine including ham and egg, the others' (Marcel, Luci and Lydia) mainly coffee and wine. |

| Marcel had worked in Holland as an optician for 35 years; he had recently lost his wife and was on a walking pilgrimage from Amsterdam to Jerusalem. He had met Luci in Albania, and she was returning there later that afternoon to do some archaeology. Lydia worked in a hospital in Skopje and was here for a few days vacation. |

| I did some climbing of steps and walking cobble streets high up along the beautiful lake and read up on Albania. When Marcel returned, we treated Lydia to an excellent dinner of very tasty deep water trout ("Koran") which is endemic to Lake Ohrid and goes well with beer, wine and conversation. |
