Irene finished ironing my only pair of green pants while I ate breakfast. Then came the farewells to Mom Georgia, with numerous injunctions and wishes. Next, a run for tram # 3 to the bus-station where promptly at 09:30 I boarded the fine and half-empty bus to Skopje. After negotiating an 18 degree, 8km slope down to Yaballegro, we stopped for 15 minutes at 12:15. I visited a smelly pay urinal with a view onto the street and market, and made up for the fluid loss by buying a 25c Aryan yoghurt. Followed a minicircus at Arlekino and then the bordertown of Guyeshevo. The crossing was easy and the official made a joke at my expense which got a compliant laugh of my fellow passengers.
