below to be in dire straights:
New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina (422 million Google links at 22:50 Sep 20),
and
Galveston because of
Hurricane Rita 2,780,000 Google links)
(which at the time of this writing was just past the Florida Keys and appears headed for ...Galveston!]
